1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at team@tapasvee.in with your order details.

1.2 Cancellation by Tapasvee

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Non-Cancellable Products

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products:

  • Orders once dispatched are non-cancellable
  • Custom-made, energized, or ritual-prepared items are non-refundable and non-cancellable

3. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal belief, or dissatisfaction with spiritual outcomes.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or
  • An incorrect product has been delivered

4. Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images or videos of the product and packaging
  • The item must be unused and in original condition

5. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Refund Delays

Refund timelines may vary due to bank processing times, payment gateway delays, weekends, or public holidays. Tapasvee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

8. Spiritual Disclaimer

Our products work based on belief, intention, and personal experience. Tapasvee does not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, or physical outcomes. Refunds will not be provided based on lack of perceived results or personal belief.

9. Force Majeure

Tapasvee shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
